LeonPOS is a point-of-sale and business management platform, provided as a hosted, subscription service. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product improves.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for what happens under staff accounts you create for your business.
• You must be lawfully entitled to run the business you register.

• Plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page. New accounts start on a free trial as described there.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods, with reasonable notice.
• You can cancel at any time; your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

You own the business data you enter into LeonPOS — your products, sales, and customer records. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for complying with any laws that apply to how you collect and use your own customers' information.

You agree not to:

• Use LeonPOS for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another business's data or interfere with the service's security.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our agreement.

We aim to keep LeonPOS available and reliable, but like any hosted service, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide support through the channels listed on our Contact page.

LeonPOS is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, engages in unlawful activity, or has a seriously overdue balance, after reasonable notice where practical.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LeonPOS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
